1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you face any issue with our service quality or workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. Our team will inspect the problem and may provide rework or necessary corrections free of charge.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Site inspection and consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Once waterproofing material has been used or applied, the service is considered non-returnable.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Advance payments made for services canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
• If we are unable to fulfill the service due to internal reasons.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
